I did it! Finally, the MVP of my app is live.
You can try it out for yourself.
What exactly is the app?
The app is for mid-career job seekers that are looking to tailor their resume to stand out for a specific job and role.

The user inputs their resume. And then the job description. They then click a button.
It takes about 15 seconds to load to full analysis, but is worth the wait.
A Quick Analysis pops up to try and by me some time for the page to load. It gives the user something to look at.
It then goes on to offer a full assessment, with a match percentage score.
It then identifies Things You Do Really Well.

And it then offers LevelUp Resume Tips — a few tips for improving the resume.

Next, it identifies any gaps it spots between the job description and resume. It goes on to offer a though provoking question about if there is any overlap with things you have done in your past or other ideas to address the gap.

Next, the tool identifies keywords that the employer used in the job description. It then searches your resume to see if the keywords match the job description. If not, it gives you suggestions on how to include the keyword ideas.

Next, the tool looks at spelling and grammar. And it offers a few tips or ideas for effective formatting.

And then finally, the tool identifies the next steps for the user.

The MVP is complete! I am stoked.
p.s. the mobile experience is currently poor. working on that soon. but the app is intended for the desktop.
